About the founder
Gemma Campbell. Ecommerce first, agency second.
I'm Gemma Campbell, founder of , ecommerce operator and author, based in Newcastle, NSW. I've run my own stores (a formal and cocktail dress boutique and an online Christmas store), delivered Shopify work for other agencies as a freelancer, and previously founded an SEO company. is my second agency.
Across that work I saw the same pattern. Established Shopify brands paying for ads just to hold their position. Agencies that sell a senior retainer, then pass the work to juniors. Calls that eat into the week, reports that arrive late, and SEO and email managed in separate silos. Meanwhile, AI search is changing how customers discover brands, and most stores are not ready for it.
